The New York Knicks' Cleanthony Early was looted and shot Wednesday morning in Queens, police said. Early was shot once in the left leg and was taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center in stable condition, powers said.
In view of preparatory data, police said it seemed Early had quite recently left a man of his word's club around 4:30 a.m. at the point when three vehicles encompassed the taxi he was in and a gathering of individuals - no less than one of whom was furnished - requested him to escape the vehicle.
Early gave over his gold chains before he was shot, police said.
No suspects have been captured in the occurrence.
An announcement from the Knicks said the group knows "of what happened with Cleanthony Early toward the beginning of today and are alleviated that he is not in an existence undermining circumstance.

Early, who played school ball at Wichita State, hasn't seen much playing time with the Knicks this season. He's averaging not exactly a point for every amusement.
